The story of REMAX Aurea begins long before the birth of the Aurea brand.

It starts in 1991, in Fiumicino, when Adriana Mattei opened her own real estate agency.

For nearly thirty years, the business grew as a family enterprise, initially focusing primarily on the rental sector. In 2009, Claudio Pittiglio joined the family business and, over time, helped expand the work into the sales sector.

For much of its history, the agency operated under the name Immobilmare, building an increasingly close relationship with the Fiumicino area and the people who live there.

2020: A New Phase

In 2020, a significant change occurred: Immobilmare joined the REMAX network, and REMAX Aurea was born.

However, the transition to REMAX was not just a change of sign.

After nearly thirty years of experience, the agency chose to evolve by adopting a more structured working method, investing more in training, professional development, and the sharing of expertise.

It was also a time when the real estate market changed profoundly.

The pandemic altered people's needs, and the rental sector, which had represented a significant part of the business, experienced a sharp slowdown. Consequently, sales became increasingly central to the agency's work.
